Updates to Officer Report: Paragraph 3.1: To reflect that the concurrent application for a Lawful Development Certificate for an Existing Use (reference BH2024/01657) has been refused. The reason for refusal was: Based on the evidence submitted, it is considered that the application has failed to demonstrate that the swimming pool has been used for the provision of private swimming lessons in addition to its domestic use for a period of at least ten continuous years up to the date of the application submission, and as such is not lawful under section 171B (2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
